Kia Hines

Drug Treatment Coordinator

I have been afforded the opportunity to serve as the Drug Treatment Coordinator in Greensboro for the Guilford County Judicial System.  I am elated to serve in this capacity through the UNC Greensboro Center for Youth, Family, and Community Partnerships program. This opportunity allows me to use the experience I have gained over a 20-year span working in the Substance Abuse and Mental Health profession as a Case Manager to better assist individuals to improve their overall health and well-being and promote life-long Recovery.  I received my Bachelor of Science degree from Winston-Salem State University; coupled with a myriad of certifications, continuing education and training to support my role as an advocate in my career. It is my passion to plant seeds that will be nourished and grow through community resources, connections, and tools for each individual that I encounter.
