Program Associate
I serve as an Implementation Specialist for the North Carolina High Fidelity Wraparound Training Program. I have a background in Psychology and a Master’s in Social Work. My professional mission is to work with client systems, frameworks, and models that produce positive life outcomes. Because of this, I frequently call upon my direct practice experience in schools, non-profit, and child welfare to influence my passion for optimizing the functionality of systems that have a daily impact on people’s multisystemic environments. I maintain intentionality in my ability to read needs and develop formative processes. Moreover, I seek to provide leadership, foster learning, and promote the development of the human service workforce that will in turn meet the needs of people. It is my hope to foster strength and positivity in the lives of those my work impacts.
