Mental Health Court Case Coordinator – High Point

I am excited to serve as the Mental Health Court Case Coordinator in High Point with Guilford County Recovery Courts. I graduated cum laude with my B.A. in Business Administration from Briarcliffe College in Long Island, NY. Prior to my current position, I spent nearly 3 years as an Aftercare Coordinator for a residential substance abuse facility here in Guilford County, 2 years as a Family Peer Advocate for families that had one or more child diagnosed with a mental health condition in Binghamton, NY, and several years as a Program Director for an after school literacy based program in Brooklyn, NY. My passion in life is to promote mental wellness while also breaking the stigma associated with diagnoses for both children and adults. I have been living in North Carolina since early 2017 and have been fortunate to establish several relationships with community based programs in and out of Guilford County. I intend on building the participants up and reducing the recidivism percentage of those in the program because if nothing changes, nothing changes!
