Senior Program Specialist
I joined the staff of the Center for Youth, Family and Community Partnerships in 2012. As the Senior Program Specialist for Juvenile Justice Behavioral Health Partnerships, I provide training, technical assistance and coaching for the twenty-one Juvenile Justice Behavioral Health Teams across the state of North Carolina. My focus is on improving cross-system processes with an emphasis on team fitness, engagement, cultural responsiveness and process improvement. I have a Bachelors of Arts from Wake Forest University and over 20 years of experience with high-risk/high promise youth and families in education, juvenile justice and community-based programs.
